Bryan and Mark City of Palmerston

Last week, our Business Manager, Daniel Sacchero, and Customer Services Manager, Bryan Taylor, set out to meet with a few of our customers in the Northern Territory. One of which was Mark Bradbury who is the IT Systems and Network Administrator for Palmerston City Council. In the image provided, you can see Bryan and Mark modeling the Easyweb Digital outdoor WiFi cabinet at Marlow Lagoon Park.

In 2019, City of Palmerston selected Easyweb Digital to expand their Public WiFi network to several of the city parks. Our Public WiFi solution required critical thinking of how to navigate the Northern Territory’s weather extremes, as well as ensuring the equipment was safe from vandalism. Thus, we designed and deployed our robust outdoor WiFi cabinets which were installed in 7 urban parks across Palmerston. Our system engineers equipped each of these silver boxes with a dual band Ruckus Networks E510 outdoor access point and Encapto gateways.  The network is managed using the Encapto WiFi platform. The set up operates using dual load balanced 4G backhaul.

Not only do we provide fully managed services and offer support remotely, we are also dedicated to regular on site visits to our customers. We believe this is a very important aspect in maintaining our business relationships and ensuring things are running smoothly from all angles.
